Sunny Castors is based in Tainan Hsien, Taiwan. The 4,000 square meter facility houses administrative offices, plastic injection facility, mould workshop, and automated final assembly.
The Company
The Sunny castors main office is situated in Anting Shiang, a small town not far from Tainan. The company was founded here in 1978, and its main business activity then was the sale & production of castors. After accumulation of 18years of twin wheel caster experience, Sunny Castors has grown to become the market leader in this sector and acquired a wealth of experience in dealing with the problems of movable equipment. In 1998 it started to produce single wheels for medical & institutional applications. This make the company the logical choice for regulatory and advisory bodies seeking an expert opinion, both at the national and international level. Sunny launches into the R&D of medial caster which apply to hospital bed and related medical equipments continuously.
Today, there are more than 100 employees, products are developed and manufactured in computer-controlled manufacturing plants to provide the ideal solution for every sector.

The tooling & technology department, which benefits from the state of the art equipment for the maintenance and care of tools, for the working of plastic components, as well as for assembly, contributes to the smoothness of the production process and guarantees that products can be supplied with a consistently high level of quality.
Metal Processing
To meet a wide range of design requirement of the products, modern and efficient manufacturing techniques have developed and installations purchased which exploit not only many years of experience in the field, but also the latest advancements in the latest advancements in manufacturing technology, particularly in the area of sheet metal working.
Modern welding installations for robust joining techniques, and advanced transfer of punch technology for large scale production of caster components, have been developed and installed by Sunny's engineering staff.
Plastic Manufacturing
